Finally some photos of Jon Carter's basketball... barely made it on here before it was over. He's been playing awesome! Like, 20 pts. a game. It's so fun to watch, since a lot of these boys have played together for the past few years. They have grown so much and gotten so much more competitive. Jonathan had his first batting practice for baseball this week, too. I know, it's crazy. I'm a big one-sport-at-a-time mom, but sometimes there is a little overlapping. I can't wait until baseball season. Love, love, love it. He's my little Yadi :)

I wanted to be sure to check in before the weekend since my last post was a little stressed-out. I'm going overnight to spend a little one-on-one time with Jacki.... much needed and so excited. We have plans to do absolutely nothing. Doesn't that sound fabulous? Whatever we want to do, whenever we want to do it. It'll go way too fast, but a little time is better than none.

I'm in the market for a new laptop. I've saved a little $$ and have a birthday coming up, and mine is getting ready to bite the dust. Matt is excited for me to get a mac. I think that's what I want, but for some reason it's like I'm having some sort of commitment phobia. His is great, but it's not what I'm used to. I need to do some more research ....We'll see. We are shopping around for a refurbished one, new is way too expensive. I'll keep you updated on the search...this is a big whoop-de-doo in our house. All the kids have wanted to lay claim to this old Dell... which would be fine, but it overheats all the time, has absolutely no room on it, and you have to hold the cord on the back juuussst right so it will connect to the power plug. Only the best for my kids:)

That's our boy--I love to see him play. He is such a dedicated young man. Thank you for sharing the shots.
You girls, have a fun, relaxing time together. Friends are precious.
I'll be praying that you get the best computer at the best price. They are like cars, only great when they work right!
Love you bunches!
