Don't tell anyone. Kate invited me to be part of her club. We had our first meeting tonight after supper on her bunkbed. Our other member, Hannah, couldn't attend tonight's inaugural meeting due to final exams. Our agenda included: signing in, prayer requests and prayer, voting Kate President and she delegating me "line leader". (but I have to follow her, because she's President and knows where to go) Then we named our club, invented our secret handshake and signed out.
Our next meeting is on Saturday, if any of you girls are interested :) Sorry, boys, no boys allowed!
Also on Saturday is Amy's Bachelorette party. Her last big night out ....celebrating with her best and closest girls. We've got an awesome night planned. First we are going HERE .
Afterwards, when we are ready to settle in for the night, we'll be staying HERE
and then for breakfast, (or lunch if we sleep too late) one of our favorite places ever .
There is sure to be lots of giggling, little sleeping and I'm guessing a bottle or two of wine.

I'm so disappointed that I missed out on the club meeting. I can take directions so well! Tell Katie that I'll be her out-of-town member. That is one of the cutest storied ever...I could just eat her up. Tell Hannah I said good luck! I can't wait for Saturday...lots of fun to be had. Watch out Lou!!!!

I'm jealous. I have boys. Super-Duper-Secret-Girls-Club don't happen here. I'll have to live vicariously thru you!
Oh, I want to be in the Club---President Katie, can place my vote, in lieu of my absence. Those bunk bed meetings are the best, and a great location to hold your club events. The picture is precious, and these are the moments that make life so wonderful. Give "the President" a big hug and kiss from Grandma Ginia.
You "grown-up girls" enjoy tonight's outing. We never outgrow our need for giggles, chatter and friendship--best wishes to Amy and all you beautiful ladies. Have fun!

I want to be in the club, too. I can be the oldest member, and I, too, take directions really, really well. Wish I could have been a fly on the wall of the Bachlorette party - or as the mom of the bachlorette, maybe not! Ha! Since my computer is dial-up and quite slow, I just want to say: isn't that ballplayer in the previous blog just the most handsome young man you have ever seen and quite the athlete too! Makes me want to just grab and kiss him. He would say "Ugh!" But that is what this aunt wants to do. Love you all! Aunt Linda
