Well, today's big news is that I went and got my hair done -- or "harr did" if you are from the Lou. Had cut in a little bit of swoopy bangs. I figure it's cheaper than (and not as potentially toxic as) botox to cover up the lines that life has been drawing on my forehead. Evidentally, as I've been told, I really furrow my brow and my stress is clearly marked by the "worry lines" that are now so cleverly hidden by my new bangs. Maybe not hidden, but hopefully, people will say, "nice bangs" instead of "wow, you've got some serious wrinkles".
I was also introduced to some awesome *anti-humidity spray* that could be my new best-friend. Us curly girls who like to go straight sometimes need all the help we can get.
That's about it for today. That and it's raining a lot. Kate's gotten so use to being able to play outside and she's been very mad about it raining. I let her go out to get the paper just to make her feel like she was getting to be outside. Poor, poor girl. Life is Hard.
I'm blogging 2 days in a row. Trying to make mama proud.

I like your little black and white shot --why is it that I like your black and white pictures, but I don't like the ones I take??
Glad you got some new bangs, and discovered a new product for frizz control. It is amazing how much better we feel when we have just been pampered a little, huh? You deserve lots of TLC, and yes, you do your Momma real proud!! I couldn't love you more. God bless you. Love, Mom
Nice new 'do'. I like it.
