Feelin' Wacky ?!!!?
It is National Lutheran School's week... and today at the kids school it is *Wacky Day*. I promise they usually don't look like this in the morning before school. :) They had a lot of fun this morning getting ready. I love it when my 'serious' kids lighten up and let loose.
The prep for the big birthday is in full swing. Kate is loving every minute of it. . . telling all the cashiers at the store, anyone who will listen that she's having a birthday and will be 4. The excitement of cards and packages in the mail (thanks to D. and J. ) bring squeals that shake the windows. So, the actual birthday tomorrow is going to be **crazy**! Amy and I are taking her "out to lunch" and for a suprise (I'll tell you tomorrow!) then Grandma and Grandpa are coming for make-your-own-pizza and get this - Carrot Cake Cupcakes. Oh, and the theme of the shin-dig: Strawberry Shortcake Princess.
Cabinets are going to be "a couple of weeks"... I won't comment anymore than that because it wouldn't be very productive. If I did say anything it would probably be that I'm tired of waiting...tired of being patient...that I want this done *now*... but ---- I won't say anything.

Boom-Boom, ain't it great to be crazy!?! I love seeing that side of Jonathan. :)
Loved reading about what's going on today! So glad you and Kate enjoyed the package. Happy birthday to the big 4-year-old! It sounds like you're having a very interesting party tomorrow! Wish we could celebrate with you. Love to all! Jacki (for the Edge family)
Looks like the kids had a fun time at school today--And they are right dressed up for the big birthday party! Can't wait to celebrate with you all! I know Kate has a "big show" planned for us. Yum, pizza and carrot cupcakes! See you tomorrow. Love, Grandma and Grandma
