Wanted to share a few photos from yesterday. Matt was presenting at a 16th C. Studies conference downtown and I had a work-related, bring-your-family event at Grant's Farm. So the kids and I spent the day. We use to go quite a lot, but it had been over a year since we had been so they were really excited and had tons of fun.
Of course, the goats were a hit. Those little boogers were pushy, though. I love this picture of Jonathan, because for such a 'big' guy he was having a ball with those goats:)

Down at the stables, with the Clydsdales, the babies were right up by the fence. There was quite a love-fest going on for a while with that *little* one. So sweet.

Just for fun, me and my baby girl.

I'm planning on a Fall/Halloween Past series this week. I've been looking through old files on the computer, and I think some of my favorites were taken this time of year.
As far as my blog banner goes, I want to change it up, but it makes me so happy I think I'm going to leave it even though it's kinda summery. That beach bike photo has some super wonderful memories attached to it...and I can look at it and say, "ahhhhh...." and feel the sun, the breeze, smell the ocean and the sunscreen and taste the wine.

I'm a little drugged up on migraine meds, so I'd better sign off. Friends don't let friends blog on painkillers, I've heard.
