I found my card reader

and now I can share pictures of the party -- these are minus Maggie, she came later in the night.

<<--This is right before "the meltdown" when Kate had to leave them alone for the evening. Poor thing couldn't stand the thought of not being a part of the party. She got over it though, once she found out she could sleep in Hannah's bed.

We are now celebrating the cessation of celebration (Matt's clever phrase). Kinda nice to just have regular 'ol days back again.

We'd like to ask that you pray for Matt's grandpa. He's in the hospital after a hard fall with an infection. Nothing broken, thankfully. Waiting for the antibiotics to kick the infection. The nurse told Aunt Linda that she wished all her patients were as nice as him. :) He's a doll.

Just because I'm thinking of him, here a picture:

taken last summer on his 93rd bday with all the greats. (minus baby Sarah)

The party looked like alot of fun. I think Hannah is an event planner in the making! We'll keep G'pa Phil in our prayers. I think Kate favors him in that picture, don't you?

What a fun it is to be 13 and have sleepovers with good friends--the pictures will be favorites through the years--"remember when...moments". Kate will also say, "yeah, I got to sleep in Sister's bunk".
We are praying for Grandpa Phil--glad he did not break any bones in the fall, and know he will be ready to go home soon, when he regains his strength.
Love to all of you. Mom
