So hard to believe that time has gone so fast. The memory of that day is so incredibly clear. (especially the ultra-long delivery and B*I*G first baby part) But especially those first moments and that first night in the hospital. I propped her up on my lap, Matt asleep on the recliner/sleeper beside us and we just looked at each for the longest time. It was a quiet and sweet moment. I bet she wishes that her grandma's would run to the store and buy bags full of clothes on each of her birthdays like they did that Dec. 27 in 1994. You would have thought that I had had triplets of something. First grandbaby for both of them. And a girl to boot.
Now she's the oldest of 3 and the best big sis ever. She's growing more beautiful every single day. I am so blessed with this precious baby girl.

How can it be? 13!!! and it was only yesterday, that we first met her at "where babies come from--"Southwest Baptist". The little sweet bundle has become a beautiful young lady. She brought tears to my eyes that day, and still does when I see her becoming such a sweet pretty woman.
That cheesecake looks yummy! Great photos! Thanks for sharing. Love, Mom
Happy belated birthday to Hannah. You will love your Ipod. And what a fun b'day cake to have-YUM!
I remember that day as well. I was in Iowa for the Christmas holiday. I called to check on you and heard the news! We were shopping at the time and I squealed with delight! My mom remembers that day (and that squeal) also. It is hard to believe that was 13 years ago. You are so right about Hannah being wonderful. You are blessed to have her. She is such a caring and sweet person. We love you, Hannah! and Happy Birthday! Jacki (and Jeff & Maddy)
