Kate has a little purse with a pink *puffy* heart that hangs off of it, just to look cute. She asked me yesterday, "What's inside this heart, Mommy?"
I said, "I don't know, honey."
She says, "I think it's *insulation*."

Our precious little Kate--she could be an engineer, with her early start of learning. I am still chuckling when I recall her inquisitive thinking about how the ice got in the "light balls" when you had no power. I love her thinking--you could make a fortune by publishing her thoughts.
