Hope's Christmas program was a big hit...Hannah did a great job and Jonathan was the cutest wiseman ever.
*checking things off my list one by one ....almost (meaning only one little stop to make) done with shopping! And man, does it feel good! Nothing is wrapped yet, but I can be home in my comfy pants, sit in the floor and watch a movie while I do that. Completely different from being out there with all the crazy people.
---bought myself a pair of warm, comfy pants (see reference above) at Target. I've been soooo cold at night lately. I do that when I'm really tired. And I've been sleeping with tons of layers on (one night even my big robe! now that's a picture) So, I saw these yummy soft, so warm some people would call them hot, pants and thought "merry Christmas to me" :) Plus I have a life-law that says that you cannot have too many pajamas. They are one of my very favorite things in the world. Right up there with raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens....
---quick house update: Waiting on the sweeties up at the Maryland Heights City Hall to o.k. us for moving on. So, not too much to report. I do have a picture of the floor for ya (oooooo, ahhhhh)
I guess that's all for now. Looking forward to church in the morning, I love singing Christmas songs at church :) Plus Kate gets to wear her Christmas dress that has been tempting her in the closet since Thanksgiving. She's so excited!

It was a wonderful Christmas program. Hannah and Jonathan were terrific--the stars of the show! Those warm comfy pants are a great gift to give yourself and now you will feel all warm through the rest of the Holidays.
I like that nice island, I can see those sweet grandkids faces sitting there having breakfast already! Looking good! Sending lots of love to all of you, Mom
